About Molly
I help teens, adults, and couples who are navigating challenges, including interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
My approach involves helping you gain insight, harness your strengths, develop self-compassion, and identify coping tools to alleviate your symptoms.
Before entering the mental health field, I worked in recruiting and onboarding in the corporate world. I enjoyed guiding people through the interview process and creating a supportive experience for new hires. Eventually, I decided to dedicate my career not only to helping people with their work lives but with every facet of their well-being.
I’m now a member of the Resilience Lab therapy practice, a collective of clinicians working to improve mental health access and outcomes throughout the country.
I grew up in New Hampshire and currently live in Brooklyn where I love spending time at Prospect Park, seeing live music, and trying new restaurants.
I’m looking forward to meeting you.
